Your truck is doing a warehouse's job.
The work grew and the shop never came, so the truck holds the stock, the tools and the paperwork.
You buy by the job, at the counter.
With nowhere to put a skid of fittings or a lift of sheet goods, you pay the per-unit price and lose an hour at the wholesaler in the middle of the job.
Nobody's home to sign for it.
A pallet drop needs a door and a person. So the job doesn't get staged the night before; it gets sorted out of the truck at seven in the morning.
One smashed window stops the week.
Tools that sleep in the truck are one break-in away from a lost week, a deductible and a day at the counter replacing what you had.

Who's building it
Jason and Joie, co-founders.
Jason and Joie have over 30 years in Calgary construction between them. JC² Inc., their fabrication company, operates Maker Hub and will run its Plumbing Pre-Fab shop from the same building as the anchor tenant.
Founding membership
Founding rates for the first 50 members.
A refundable deposit holds your spot — $200, or $39 a month until we open. Both are the same deposit, not the bay rate: fully refundable until the day we open, then credited to your first month.
Founding members get 15% off Business Membership or bay pricing for as long as they’re members, first pick of bays, a say in the build, and app access now.
