Security is real
Digital door access, on-site cameras, and your own private lock on your bay door. Your gear is only accessible to you.
Insurance, straight up
Maker Hub carries facility insurance. Your own tools and equipment are your responsibility to insure — the same way they would be at any industrial lease. We'd recommend contents/equipment coverage for anything you're storing here.

An operating business behind it
JC² Inc. as the operating business behind Maker Hub — an existing fabrication/manufacturing company, not a startup concept, and one of our Maker Hub Anchor tenants. So we're operating our Plumbing Pre-Fab business right alongside you. After all, our struggles trying to grow JC² Inc. are why we started Maker Hub YYC in the first place!
Lock in your rate before we open
The Maker Hub facility is targeting an early 2027 opening. Founding members who sign on now lock in their rate before public pricing takes effect — and get first pick when bay assignments happen.
Founding members (first 50) lock in 15% off the listed price for life — a one-time deposit locks in your rate before the space opens, and staying a consecutive member keeps it locked in once it does. If membership lapses and is later resumed, pricing reverts to the then-current standard rate. Anyone who joins after the first 50 pays standard pricing from the start.
